Community Guidelines

Introduction
Pinci is an AI-powered visual content generation and editing platform. These Community Guidelines define the acceptable behaviours and content restrictions applicable to all Users of the Platform. Use of the Service implies full acceptance of these rules.
Pinci applies automated moderation systems to both input prompts and output content, as well as active jailbreak detection mechanisms. Violations may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account.

1. Absolutely Prohibited Content
The following content is subject to a strict zero-tolerance policy. Detection results in the immediate closure of the account and referral to the competent authorities:
1.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
The generation, upload, distribution or any other use of content depicting the abuse, sexual exploitation or nudity of minors (persons under 18 years of age) is strictly prohibited, including AI-generated content. Any such content will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities, including law enforcement agencies.
1.2 Non-consensual deepfakes and IBSA material
The generation of images or videos that realistically depict identifiable real persons in sexual, intimate or degrading contexts without their explicit consent (so-called pornographic deepfakes and non-consensual intimate image sharing) is strictly prohibited. The generation of content that imitates the face or likeness of real persons for the purpose of defamation, fraud, impersonation or reputational harm is also prohibited.
1.3 Extreme violence and terrorism
The generation of content that promotes, glorifies or provides instructions on terrorist acts, mass violence, war crimes or the activities of criminal or terrorist organisations is strictly prohibited. The generation of gratuitously violent imagery designed to create fear, distress or harm is also prohibited.
1.4 Hate speech
The generation of content that attacks, dehumanises, incites to violence against or denigrates individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

2. Content Prohibited for Infringement of Third-Party Rights
2.1 Intellectual property
Using the Service to reproduce, imitate or create derivative works that infringe the copyright, registered trademarks or other intellectual property rights of third parties is prohibited. The User is responsible for obtaining any necessary authorisations before using protected images, styles or elements as a reference.
2.2 Privacy and rights of publicity
Uploading photographs or images of identifiable real persons without their consent is prohibited, except for the User's own images or subjects who have given their informed consent. The image-with-faces processing feature is available solely for editing one's own portrait photos or images for which the necessary authorisations are held.

3. Content Prohibited for Safety and Public Order Reasons
Content providing instructions for the illegal manufacture or acquisition of weapons, explosives, hazardous substances or biological/chemical agents;
Content promoting or providing instructions on criminal activity, fraud, scams, hacking or phishing;
Content promoting the consumption or trafficking of controlled substances;
Content designed to damage critical infrastructure, computer systems or networks;
Content promoting suicide, self-harm or eating disorders;
Content constituting spam, phishing or mass disinformation campaigns.

4. Limits on Adult Content
Pinci is a professional platform for adults. While artistic content including artistic nudity or adult content is permitted within the limits allowed by law, the following remain prohibited:
sexually explicit content depicting minors or where the age of subjects is ambiguous;
non-artistic pornographic content;
content simulating sexual violence or non-consensual acts.
Pinci reserves the right to define and update the limits of permitted adult content in accordance with applicable legislation and its internal policies.

5. Responsible Use of Prompts
The User is responsible for the prompts entered into the Platform. Prompts must comply with these Guidelines. The following are prohibited:
attempting to circumvent safety filters through jailbreak techniques, prompt injection, roleplay designed to evade controls, text encoding or obfuscation;
entering prompts with the intent of testing the limits of the system without genuine creative purpose;
using prompts to generate content that, if produced, would violate these Guidelines.
Pinci applies jailbreak detection systems. Repeated or serious attempts will result in the immediate suspension of the account.

6. User Responsibility
The User is solely responsible for the content they generate through the Platform and for the subsequent use of such content. Pinci is not responsible for damages to third parties caused by misuse of generated content. The User must ensure they hold the necessary rights over all materials uploaded as references and that they comply with applicable law in their country.

7. Moderation and Consequences
Pinci reserves the right to:
remove any content that violates these Guidelines;
temporarily suspend the account in the event of moderate violations;
permanently close the account in the event of serious or repeated violations;
withhold remaining credits upon closure for breach;
report illegal content detected to the competent authorities, without prior notice to the User.
Moderation decisions are at Pinci's sole discretion, subject to review upon the User's documented request.

Please include a detailed description of the violation and, where possible, screenshots or other evidence.

9. Updates
Pinci reserves the right to update these Guidelines at any time. Material updates will be communicated to Users. Continued use of the Service after publication of updates implies their acceptance.
